Preface
Tamkeen Software Company owns the largest Arab electronic platform to facilitate communication between medical service providers and patients to book surgeries in installments, and work to enable the patient to perform them in installments through mediation between the patient and the banks contracting with them to pay in installments the value of the operation and other medical procedures, as operazi is the best site for operations surgery in installments in Egypt, and accordingly the two parties have agreed on the following:
The medical service provider is obligated to announce to the first party the list of names and prices of operations and packages for each operation or medical procedure that it performs, as it is stipulated that these prices do not exceed the prices that it offers to its patients in general, and it can make discounts or offers for customers of the operazi platform for surgeries in installments.
The second party, in the event of price adjustments or offers, is obligated to notify the first party within three days of the revised prices, and to upload them to his account on the operazi platform, the best site for surgical operations in installments in Egypt, so that patients can view and book them, and the first party is not responsible. For any error resulting from not updating the data and prices, the second party is bound by the price announced on the platform.
The medical service provider is obligated to pay five percent (5%) to the first party of the value of the operations or procedures that were booked and performed from the Obrazzi website to book surgeries in installments, according to a monthly invoice that is sent at the beginning of every month from the company, provided that it is paid within a maximum period 14 days.
The medical service provider does not perform the operation for the patients of the first party except after receiving its full value from the patient or the bank contracting with the company, and he is not allowed to refer to the first party with any material claims, and his receipt of the operation’s value is considered an undertaking from him to perform the operation on time according to professional standards required, and any damages resulting from the operation, he is fully responsible for it legally.
The medical service provider is obligated to provide a copy of the permit to practice the profession or the license of the Medical Syndicate, the last scientific certificate and the license of the medical facility for the first party, and he is also obligated to provide a brief CV to be used in marketing to him in line with the terms and conditions, privacy policy and intellectual property rights, and he has the right to It is viewed and reviewed before publication.
The medical service provider is committed to providing the service at the highest level, in a manner that does not violate medical laws and customs. The service provider is advised to obtain insurance against medical risks and errors.
Under this agreement, the medical service provider agrees to register it on the operazi platform, the best site for installment surgeries in Egypt, and to register all its data and use it in marketing its services and those of the first party.
This contract is valid for one year from its date and is automatically renewed if one of the parties does not object in writing.
Both parties have the right to suspend the service in the event that the other party violates the terms of this agreement, while preserving the rights and obligations incurred by it prior to the suspension. Egyptian law and Egyptian arbitration shall be the decisive factor in any dispute.
